appreciate
I've learnt to appreciate and be thankful of the things around me
it was the first day of CNY and V-day yesterday.
I went church in the morning, it is very important to start the first day of your cny with God to visit Him and commit everything to His hands before starting to visit each another in homes.
Later on, we went to my uncle's house, enjoyed looking through his antiques and listen to the stories behind it.
we went to another uncle's house for hing hua mee sua (following our usual practices during the first day of cny). i really enjoyed the mee sua knowing that this probably will be my last taste of the noodle before i come back the next time (mayb 3 yrs later or so)..
we came back to rest. the whole family slept.
at night bout 9+pm, we went to my aunty's house, there's another session of eating. fuh! cny is all about angpau+ eating.
met up with my cousins from alor setar. so happy. though usually they will overnight with us but this time i guess they know we've moved to KL, the house is not-that-available anymore (with lotsa dusts and lack-of-facilities) though it's like that, our family still stay in it wadt.
doesn't matter. then we ate, chat, took photos and watched move (teaacher marry ALONG) everybody laughed like mad.
good movie for cny! :)
at night, we came back quite late, near 1am..
thought of sleeping but makmai asked everyone to gather in their master bedroom to pray.
great time of praying and laughing as some of my family members decided to let out 'motorbike'..
really felt how blessed am I, and how i am given so much so there's much more required of me for God.
how God had placed all of us in different level of lives, desiring us to learn through our experiences and knpwing that no matter how hard it may be, we can endure and succeed through it.
Because God knows us!
i am so blessed to be born in this family
i am so blessed to know God.
to know that i always have him, i have nothing to be afraid of.
when i am worried that i cannot handle certain situations in life, i am told not to worry and 'cast all my burdens to God' and 'God will never leave nor forsake me'.
when i worry about my future, i am told that 'god had plans for me; plans to prosper me, not to harm me.'
basically, i've nothing to worry about, just have to learn to walk and communion with God daily be more like Him.
