Jot-downs for the days!
things have been pretty busy around here.
and there are just too many new discoveries going around which means a lot of adjustments before i get left out by their speed?
hmm, let's see:
Jot-downs for the days:
1.a lady asked me: "how old are you? you're looking pretty mature."
i'm like thinking" whatttt?"
well, all because of this girl from China who's doing PHD but she looks younger than me! O.O
i mean, how is that even possible? Urg! but she's a very nice girl though.hee
2. My rommie called me at 9+pm asking "Where are yyou?"
lol, all because I've not gone back to the room from the morning. and i missed out informing her.
aiks. sorry to make you worry.
3. few days ago i went to the REC center with rommie! :D
gym! and i felt much healthier after that.
but straight after the gym session, i came back and eat a lot! puff!
4. I cook everyday. i just don't remember the last time that i went out to eat and pay on my own?
yea, maybe Tacobell and Freebirds are two of the only times i did that.
5. I just bought/rent 8 textbooks online (thanks to amazon, dealoz, bookrenter, mckenzie) for $250+
believe me, that is SO worth it!
a simple new and original latest edition math textbook can already cost you up to $200+, so there are 8 of them now. COOL! :D
6. i've just realized that i'm having math and physics quiz this coming monday and i do not have the textbooks delivered to me yet and i can't study and can't even do the assignments in there.
7. just forgot to mention that other than US history, american politics, becoming a teacher courses, I am taking Calculus 3 and Physics 3 altogether.
and that is my latest discovery after going to the whole week of classes. Wow!
8. i've been to different churches and this Sunday i'm gonna try out Baptist, maybe next Sunday 'fellowship church' and i do hope that i can find out to settle down pretty soon.
9. there are so many christian fellowship in campus and so many different groups doing different things which practically are similar. i thought of going to a whole bunch of them and decide which to stay on but it seems like That cannot be done cos some of them are having their meetings at the same day, same time. so it's just, time to make up my mind and choose! (navigators?campus crusade? christians and campus? Baptist fellowship group? a&m CF homegroup? international CF?...)
10.i'm going for this midnight yell thing before the official football game on Sat and i can't wait to see how it's like.
11. i like my roommate :)
12.i have so much to read, so much to catch up with. so much to go for. so much to do yet so little time.
(well, somehow i recall this has been happening to me ever since the day i remember that i remember.
hmm, it's about time management i guess? O.O)
that's it. and i'm glad that everything's well with everyone :)

also, since you dont have the textbook, i suggest asking your classmates for help. they're pretty helpful, and i'm sure they wont mind you photocopying those books. just that it's really inconvenient for you. somehow.
