Communication and Leadership

To Preach and Lead well,
Communication and Leadership has to come hand-in-hand
(These two are my passion)

If that preacher preach fantastically but doesn't have that accompanying leadership qualities, he/she is going to frustrate the congregation in every possible ways.

It's always important to have both communication and leadership.

Thought point:
Are seminaries equipping only preachers? Or are they equipping leaders as well?
We have homiletics (preaching) classes but do we have leadership classes?

We need dedicated people who will say "We are going to prepare young men and women to preach and lead well." Because that's what's gonna change the world!
