1. A leader is one who cares, one who loves.
Because he doesn't just focus on our performance, he cares about us and if we don't perform, he helps us to be better, because he loves us.
Lead them, pastor them.
Be a leader who treasures God's people.

2. What is your passion? Discover it. and Fill that passion bucket!
People like to work under passionate leaders. Passion is transferable.
Find, Feed, Keep your passion bucket. and everyone wins.

3. Transactional noise are gossips and unnecessary little talks that goes around and brings down morale and culture of an organisation. How to reduce transactional noise?
When people are placed in the right position, transactional noise goes down- Talent observation (observe their talents and put them in the right position with the right job scope)

4. Leadership is not ultimately about time, it's Energy.
Where do you put your energy? (Draw an energy piechart in your life and figure out which area do you spend most energy on?)
If you are dissatisfied with it, God is specialized in helping people rewrite their stories. Ask him to rewrite yours.
