The more influence God has extended to me by his grace, the more fearful I am of using it.  #truestory (I just want to be more discerning in the influence i might exert on other people) "To whom much is given, much is required;    and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked. " Luke 12:48 Have I been using the influence God has given me for the highest and best purposes that could be achieved? Or have I been fearful and just chickening out about not wanting to get involved in? Could i be massively more helpful to situations that are happening around? Many times we don't seek to maximize the influence we have  most of us have more influence than we think we do  if you start meeting with younger people that you love, you could probably make a bigger investment in their lives than you think you could. Find mentors who can help you in different areas of your life.  There WON'T be ONE Know-It-All who can mentor you in EVERY areas of your life, but  There will be one each, who can mentor you in: 1. Relationship 2. Theology 3. Leadership 4. Health 5. Money .....  These people are usually very busy people,  (explains the fact that their lives are already successful and in shape that's why you wanna learn from them) Approach them and ask to : 1. buy them a meal 2. ask them 3 questions which you have thought very well through 3. don't bug them down too much  4. healthy relationship and effective learning Check out the above content from the 3+min video below: Bill Hybels- Self Mentoring Part 1

Any kind of addictions is bad. As much as we know how being addicted to drugs is so bad we should start realizing that addiction to pornography is equally as bad, same goes to addictions to masturbation, sex (even within a marriage context), television drama series, a relationship with a particular person and the list goes on. Addiction is when pleasure could not be fulfilled unless that certain addicted act is performed. and more often than not, this leads to a compulsive reoccurring phenomena. Give for example, When you are addicted to watching a drama series, even though you are tired and have plenty of more important things to do, you're still glued towards the screen and cannot seem to get enough of it. You don't sleep at regular hours, you fail in your duty as a student/worker/parent, simply just doing that one thing you are addicted to. and when this happens, your conscience will kick in to tell you that you have gone overboard with this p...

I was on a mission to renew my passport this morning so I went to UTC. As I drive around,I saw that the nearby parking is all full but thank God , not long after,I spotted a car coming out so I signalled to go in. Then the stress begins! The parking lane is very narrow. There were motorcycles parked in a row in front of me and cars at both sides of my narrow lot. So I decided to do reverse parking, reason being it will be easier to drive out later. I kept turning and adjusting for about 5 minutes but still to no avail. Then cars started jamming up behind me. The car right behind me,a Malay guy wind down his window and stretch out his hand and say 'ikut signal saya' (follow my lead), so he was signaling me to turn backwards backwards ok stop, now move forward forward, stop. Until I accidentally  'touched' the motor in front and its alarm started beeping! I was like Oh no! Then I pulled my handbrake and stared at the man and asked with my pitiful look ...
